Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BKMEA), the apex trade body to represent solely the knitwear sector of Bangladesh, stands out in the global panorama with a distinct identity and stature. BKMEA started its journey in 1996 with the all-out efforts of a few knitwear manufacturers. BKMEA was formed as a trade association to facilitate and promote the knitwear business.
